Allegiant Stadium is committed to providing memorable experiences while ensuring the safety and security of all guests. To report lost items, please contact the Guest Experience department by emailing guestexperience@allegiantstadium.com or by calling 725-780-2300.

Lost and Found During an Event 

Guests who have lost their items while visiting Allegiant Stadium are encouraged to visit the Guest Experience Headquarters located on the main 100 level concourse next to the Ford North Entry. The Guest Experience Headquarters office will be open for one (1) hour after each event.  After this time, all lost and found items will be stored in the Guest Experience Headquarters. 

Allegiant Stadium will make its best efforts to match found items with those reported lost by guests.

Lost and Found Policy 

Items returned to Lost and Found will be held for thirty (30) days before being donated to an appropriate charitable organization. Allegiant Stadium is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
