UNLV (0-2/0-2) plays its first day game of the season when it hosts Fresno State (1-1/1-1) Saturday at Allegiant Stadium.

Mountain West division rival Fresno State matchup against the Rebels at Allegiant Stadium. Fresno State finished 4-8 in 2019, defeating the Rebels 56-27 in their last matchup. The Bulldogs closed 2019 on a four-game losing streak, going 2-4 on the road. Fresno State and UNLV have met 22 times, the first matchup coming in 1979.
