Weather Advisory
High temperatures are expected. Please plan ahead to stay cool, comfortable, and safe during your visit.
Stay Hydrated: Hydrate and take advantage of free water stations located outside of Allegiant Stadium.
Dress for the Heat: Lightweight, breathable clothing is highly recommended.
Protect Yourself: If arriving early, be sure to apply sunscreen and wear sunglasses while outside Allegiant Stadium. Small handheld fans (cannot contain liquid of any kind) and umbrellas smaller than 12” in length (when collapsed) will be permitted.

Single event day parking passes are available via SpotHero and must be purchased in advance.
Accessible (ADA) Parking, Drop-off, and Pick-up
Accessible Parking will be available for guests at Allegiant Stadium. Parking pass holders in need of accessible parking will be directed by traffic and parking staff. A state-issued ADA parking placard, sticker, or license plate does not grant access to parking lots without a verified parking pass.
All accessible parking spaces require a valid ADA placard or a valid ADA license plate
If accessible parking is full, ADA placards or plate holders will be offered the next available parking space in the reserved parking lots. ADA placards or plates alone do not grant access to the Allegiant Stadium lots.
Guests with disabilities who are utilizing rideshare or who otherwise need to be dropped off and picked up from the Stadium, may utilize the ADA drop-off lot located in Lot B near Gate 2. In the event that a guest requires additional accommodations, please contact our Guest Experience department by emailing guestexperience@raiders.com.
Drop-off, Pick-up, and Rideshare
The Rideshare drop-off and pick-up zone is conveniently located within a short walking distance of the Stadium and can be accessed via the front half of Lot N on Dean Martin Drive (5285 Dean Martin Dr). Traffic will be directed southbound on Dean Martin Dr. Allegiant Stadium has also worked with Mandalay Bay and Luxor to provide additional rideshare at their resorts. These resorts can be accessed by walking over the Hacienda Bridge, which will be closed to vehicular traffic before and after select, large events.
The designated general and taxi drop-off and pick-up zone is located at the corner of Diablo Dr. and Procyon St.. Traffic will be directed eastbound on Diablo Dr. and northbound on Procyon St. There will be a walking path through Diablo Dr. leading towards Allegiant Stadium’s southwest entry. If available, a Taxi pick-up line will also be located in this zone after events.

Parent Pick-Up and Drop-Off Lot
Parent Pick-Up and Drop-Off will be in LOT B on the corner of Polaris Avenue and Hacienda Avenue. The entrance to LOT B is located on Polaris Avenue south of Hacienda Avenue.
Drop-Off is available starting at 8:30 AM on Friday, May 22.
Drop-Off is available starting at 8:30 AM on Saturday, May 23, Sunday, May 24, Wednesday, May 27, and Thursday, May 28.
Staging for pick-up in LOT B is allowed starting at 9:00 PM on Saturday, May 23, Sunday, May 24, Wednesday, May 27, and Thursday, May 28. Space is limited and on a first come first serve basis.
Overnight Camping
Overnight camping on Allegiant Stadium property is strictly prohibited.
Bag Policy
Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and must not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”
Small clutch bags, purses, or wallets, 4.5" x 6.5" x 2" or smaller can be taken into the stadium in addition to one of the approved clear bags described above.
An exception will be made for any necessary medical items, but all such items are subject to inspection prior to entry into Allegiant Stadium. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, purses larger than 4.5” x 6.5” x 2”, coolers, briefcases, diaper bags, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags, and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. Bag Check
Allegiant Stadium offers three (3) bag check locations. There is a $20 non-refundable charge per bag checked and payment is cashless. Debit/credit and mobile payment, such as Apple or Google Pay, are accepted forms of payment. Bag check opens at 10 AM on all show days and closes one (1) hour post-event. Bags remaining after bag check closes will be returned to lost and found. For more information, please see LOST AND FOUND.

All patrons and items entering Allegiant Stadium are subject to search. Refusal of this search will result in non-admittance into Allegiant Stadium. Management is not responsible for items left behind at the entries or items lost, damaged, or stolen.

- Tripods, monopods, GoPros, “selfie sticks,” and any professional DSLR camera or cameras with a detachable lens
- Balloons and other inflatables
- Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, hoverboards and segways
- Commercial audio or video recording equipment
- Drones and unmanned aircraft vehicles (UAV)
- Fireworks and missile-like objects
- Hard-sided containers, including bottles, cans, flasks, coolers and thermoses
- Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Inappropriate or offensive attire or signage, including gang insignia, obscenities, inflammatory statements and any threatening or taunting messages
- Laptops, tablets, personal computers, or two-way radios
- Laser lights, strobes, flashlights or any other visual impairment device
- Noisemakers of any kind, including air horns, bells, bullhorns, thundersticks, whistles, and vuvuzelas
- Non-service animals
- Outside food or beverages, including liquids of any kind
- Portable chairs, seat cushions, child seats, and strollers
- Projectiles, including balls and frisbees
- Sticks, poles, clubs, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, or similar objects

- Any item deemed by Allegiant Stadium management to be dangerous, inappropriate or disruptive to other guests’ enjoyment of the event

Camera Policy
Guests are welcome to use non-professional still cameras (i.e. disposable, polaroid, lenses less than 6” in length) for personal use. Tripods, monopods, GoPros, “selfie sticks,” and any professional DSLR camera or cameras with a lens over 6” (attached or detachable) will NOT be permitted into the venue. Video cameras and video recording of events with other devices are prohibited. Professional audio recording is not permitted. Recording, broadcasting, or live streaming of events is also strictly prohibited.
Ticketing
Allegiant Stadium tickets are mobile only. Guests must use their phones to show their official ticket for entry. Printed and hard copy tickets will not be accepted*.
Tickets purchased through Ticketmaster are accessible through the free Raiders + Allegiant Stadium Mobile App or the Ticketmaster App.

Children's Ticket Policy
Children under 24 months do not need a ticket to enter Allegiant Stadium, provided that they are seated on a parent’s or guardian’s lap, and do not interfere with the sightlines of others. Children must have a ticket to receive a promotional item.
VIP
VIP ticket holders will receive an email in advance of their show day with important information regarding their package including check in times and location. All VIP package merchandise will be distributed onsite on the date of the event.
VIP ticket holders will need their digital ticket as well as the ticket purchasers ID in order to check in for your package on the day of your concert.

Allegiant Stadium and the Las Vegas Raiders are committed to providing a first-class experience for all of our guests, including guests with disabilities. Allegiant Stadium is accessible by guests with disabilities and dedicated team members are available to work with you in order to provide reasonable accommodations for your visit at Allegiant Stadium. To speak with someone regarding accommodations, assistance, or questions prior to your visit, please contact our Guest Experience department at guestexperience@raiders.com. During events, staff members will be available at all Guest Experience locations to assist guests as needed.
ADA Entry
All gates at Allegiant Stadium are ADA Accessible.
ADA Seating
ADA accessible seating is available throughout Allegiant Stadium as depicted in the seating chart below. Tickets for accessible seating at Allegiant Stadium are available on TICKETMASTER.COM – the official ticketing partner of the Raiders and Allegiant Stadium.
Allegiant Stadium provides ADA seating areas comprised of accessible locations with immediately adjacent companion seating. Subject to availability, guests requiring accessible seating may purchase up to a total of three (3) companion seats in the same row and contiguous with the accessible seat. If contigguous seats have already been sold, seats as close as possible to the accessible seat will be offered, if available. If the overall ticket limit is less than four (4) tickets per person for an event, then the lower ticket limit applies.
If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an accessible seat, a member of our Guest Experience team may be able to assist you on event day by relocating your ticket to an ADA seating area. All relocations are issued beginning at door opening on a first-come-first-served basis and are not guaranteed. Tickets are subject to availability and limited to the guest needing assistance and one (1) companion.
Auxiliary Aids and Services
An ASL (American Sign Language) Interpreter will be available on Saturday, May 23, Sunday, May 24, Wednesday, May 27, and Thursday, May 28.
Guests requiring auxiliary aids and services are asked to contact the Guest Experience Department by emailing guestexperience@raiders.com at least three weeks prior to the event. Complimentary hearing amplification devices are available at the Guest Experience Headquarters located on the main concourse near section 101. Guests must present a photo ID or valid driver’s license as a security deposit. Allegiant Stadium is committed to ensuring effective communication with guests at its events.
Electric Mobility Devices
Allegiant Stadium has a limited number of event day electric scooter rentals, available on a first-come-first-served basis at the Guest Experience Headquarters located behind Section 101 and the South Lobby kiosk located behind Section 123.
Guests with disabilities are encouraged to bring their own electric scooter or wheelchair to the stadium and are expected to maintain possession of the mobility device for the entire event. We do not offer mobility device storage. Allegiant Stadium nor its employees are not responsible for mobility devices that are lost, stolen, or left in the possession of anyone other than it’s owner.
Due to safety concerns, Segways are not permitted inside Allegiant Stadium.
Wheelchair Services
Allegiant Stadium offers wheelchair escort services. This is available for guests who need to use an Allegiant Stadium wheelchair for assistance to and from the gate and the guest's seating location. Escort services are not available for guests who bring their own wheelchair or other mobility device, as Allegiant Stadium staff are not permitted to push guests in their own mobility device. In addition, the escort service is strictly limited between the gate and the guest's seat inside Allegiant Stadium. Staff is not permitted to escort guests to the restrooms, concession stands, parking lots, or other areas in or around Allegiant Stadium. Wheelchair assistance must be requested onsite and is on a first-come-first-served basis. To request an escort, guests can:
- Upon entry, request an escort with stadium staff at the gates
- Visit the nearest Guest Experience location within Allegiant Stadium
- Scan the QR code located at every ADA seating bay within Allegiant Stadium
We do not offer mobility device storage. Allegiant Stadium nor its employees are not responsible for mobility devices that are lost, stolen, or left in the possession of anyone other than it’s owner.

For everyone’s safety, please do not throw anything (including flowers and dolls) toward the artist and stage.
Sensory Room, Kits, and Nooks
For guests with sensory processing needs, the following resources and accommodations are available.
Sensory Room: Allegiant Stadium has one (1) Ford Sensory Room available for guests with sensory processing needs. This room, located on the 050 level inside the Northeast Entry lobby, provides a safe and calming environment to help guests that might be feeling overwhelmed or overstimulated. For use of this space, please visit the Guest Experience Headquarters located behind Section 101 and speak with a member of the Allegiant Stadium Guest Experience team.
Sensory Kits: Allegiant Stadium has partnered with KultureCity to provide sensory kits for guests. Sensory kits are available for guests to check out at any Guest Experience location, including the Guest Experience Headquarters (located behind Section 101) at no cost for individuals. Sensory kits include a VIP lanyard for guest recognition, fidget tools, noise-reducing headphones, and a visual cue card. A writable weighted lap pad with markers is also available as needed. Guests must present a photo ID or valid driver’s license as a security deposit.
Sensory Nooks: Allegiant Stadium has two (2) Ford Sensory Nooks available for guests with sensory processing needs. The Ford Sensory Nooks are located in the Northwest 050 level and South 100 level lobbies.
Service Animals
Only service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are permitted at Allegiant Stadium. It is encouraged that all guests who plan to bring a service animal to Allegiant Stadium contact guestexperience@allegiantstadium.com prior to the event.
Cashless Venue
Allegiant Stadium is a cashless venue. Cash will not be accepted as a form of payment at any parking, retail, or concession locations. Guests may convert their cash to a debit card by using one of the Cash-to-Card kiosks located throughout the stadium. Any remaining balance on the debit card can be used at locations where debit payments are accepted.

Wi-Fi
Allegiant Stadium features a state-of-the-art, high-density WiFi system that allows guests to quickly connect to the internet. This service, officially named Allegiant Stadium WiFi by Cox, is free to all guests. Connect to “Allegiant Stadium Wi-Fi by Cox” when you arrive at the stadium.
