The Raiders and Allegiant Stadium have partnered with CLEAR Health Pass to provide easy proof of vaccination. Complete your Health Pass ahead of the game for faster entry! To get started, download the CLEAR app and enroll for free here:

  • For the most efficient entry possible, all ticket holders should sign up for CLEAR and complete their COVID-19 proof of vaccination as soon as possible, but at least 24 hours before arriving at Allegiant Stadium.
  • Through the CLEAR app, you will need to enroll in a free CLEAR account and upload your proof of vaccination. These initial steps only need to be taken once for the entire season. After completing these initial steps, you only need to sign into your account to verify your identity each time you use a CLEAR Health Pass as proof of your vaccination status.
  • Trust and transparency are CLEAR’s top priority, and with Health Pass, users are always in control of their health information.   2. Select ‘Sports’ and the Las Vegas Raiders

How long will the vaccine requirement be in effect?

The requirement will remain in place until state and local restrictions related to masks, distancing, or capacity limits are lifted. We will continue to enforce this policy in keeping with State of Nevada and Clark County directives.

Do I need to carry my vaccination card with me?

If you do not have a smart phone or if your smart phone or CLEAR app is not working, you will be required to present your vaccination card (original paper or photo) and government issued identification at an alternate screening at Allegiant Stadium.

Please note that buying, or using a fake, adulterated or someone else’s vaccination card may be a criminal offense.

Can I provide a negative COVID test if I am not vaccinated?

No. The Governor's State of Nevada Emergency Directive 049 does not permit a negative COVID test as a substitute for vaccination.

What If I refuse to do this?

If you refuse to comply with this vaccination policy, you will not be permitted to enter Allegiant Stadium for Raiders home games. There are no refunds available for single-game tickets purchased and the deadline for Raiders season ticket holders to request a refund for their entire 2021 season tickets has passed. Refund requests for Raiders tickets due to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement will no longer be accepted. If you are no longer able to use your Raiders tickets, they may be resold through authorized resale markets like Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange.

Will the vaccination requirement apply to all events at Allegiant Stadium?

At this time, this policy applies to all Raiders home games at Allegiant Stadium in keeping with the current Directive. The Raiders and ASM are currently evaluating any application of the policy to other events.

What happens if I want a medical exemption?

The Governor’s State of Nevada Emergency Directive 049 expressly provides that medical exceptions cannot be accommodated.

Can I request a credit or refund if I am not willing to be vaccinated?

There are no refunds available for single-game tickets purchased and the deadline for Raiders season ticket holders to request a refund for their entire 2021 season tickets has passed. Refund requests for Raiders tickets due to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement will no longer be accepted. If you are no longer able to use your Raiders tickets, they may be resold through authorized resale markets like Ticketmaster Ticket Exchange.

Will I lose my PSL if I request a credit or refund?

No. PSL owners will retain their PSL and all related rights for the 2022 season. The Raiders have begun discussions with the Las Vegas Stadium Authority regarding a one year lease extension that will assure PSL owners their full 30 years of benefits, even if they request a refund or credit for 2021.

What happens if I only have had one shot of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine?

All ticketed fans ages 12 and over must be fully vaccinated. However, if you have received the first shot of the two-shot Moderna or Pfizer vaccine, you will be permitted entry but will be required to wear a mask and wristband at all times. Ticketed fans who have not received their second vaccination shot must be cleared through an alternate screening process at Allegiant Stadium.

What happens if it has been less than 14 days since my last vaccination shot?

All ticketed fans ages 12 and over must be fully vaccinated, which the CDC defines as 14 days after your second shot of Moderna or Pfizer or single shot of Janssen/Johnson & Johnson. If you have received all required vaccine shots, but 14 days have not passed since your last shot, you will be permitted entry but will be required to wear a mask and wristband at all times. Ticketed fans who are less than 14 days since their final vaccination shot must be cleared through an alternate screening process at Allegiant Stadium.

Does my child need to have their own account/phone?

If you are over the age of 26, you can add your minor children ages 14-17 to your own CLEAR Health Pass account. Due to certain regulations, your minor children ages 12 -13 will need to go through an alternate screening process at Allegiant Stadium and will be required to show original paper vaccination card (original paper or photo).

Children ages 2-11 who are not eligible to be vaccinated will be required to wear masks. Children ages 0-11 will not be required to go through alternate screening.

What are the protocols for children?

What happens if my smart phone isn't working or my battery dies?

If your phone isn’t working for any reason, you will be subject to an alternate screening process at Allegiant Stadium and will be required to present your vaccination card (original paper or photo) and government issued identification.

Where can I get vaccinated?

In Nevada, vaccination locations can be found at Immunize Nevada. For all other states, please visit CDC Vaccine Finder. Attendees at Raiders home games also will have an opportunity to receive a vaccine shot at Allegiant Stadium on gameday, but until they are fully vaccinated (14 days after your second shot of Moderna or Pfizer or single shot of Janssen/Johnson & Johnson) they will be required to wear a mask and wristband at all times at Allegiant Stadium. The specific vaccine provided at Allegiant Stadium will be based on available supply of each of Pfizer, Moderna and J&J vaccines.

How will mask wearing be enforced for people who are not fully vaccinated?

Colored wristbands will be distributed upon entrance at the alternate screening that will identify ticketed fans who are partially vaccinated and must wear a mask.

What happens if I received my vaccination outside of the United States?

If you received your vaccination outside of the United States, you will be subject to an alternate screening protocol at Allegiant Stadium and will be required to present your vaccination card (original paper or photo) and government issued identification. Allegiant Stadium will accept the following vaccines as proof of vaccination:

  • Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine
  • Moderna (mRNA-1273) COVID-19 vaccine
  • Oxford/AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine
  • Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine
  • Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine
  • Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine
  • Sputnuk V COVID-19 vaccine
  • Novavax COVID-19 vaccine

People who have received vaccines not accepted through CLEAR (i.e. any vaccine other than Pfizer, Moderna or J&J), will be required to go through the alternate screening process available at Allegiant Stadium.

How do I use CLEAR Health Pass to upload proof of my vaccination status?

  • Through the CLEAR app, you will need to enroll in a free CLEAR account and upload your proof of vaccination. These initial steps only need to be taken once for the entire season. After completing these initial steps, you only need to sign into your account to verify your identity each time you use a CLEAR Health Pass as proof of your vaccination status
  • Enroll and complete your CLEAR Health Pass by uploading your proof of vaccination anytime, but at least 24 hours before arriving at Allegiant Stadium. Here’s how:
    1. Download the CLEAR app and tap the white Health Pass tile
    2. Select ‘Sports’ and the Las Vegas Raiders
    3. Easily enroll or verify your identity with a quick selfie
    4. Follow the prompts to verify your proof of vaccination

Link proof of vaccination - CDC card upload (recommended)

  • When prompted to add your vaccination, select ‘add your vaccination card’ to upload a photo of your CDC vaccination card. You must take a new photo of our original paper CDC vaccination card within the CLEAR app. You cannot use an existing photo of your CDC vaccination card for this purpose.
  • Take a photo of your vaccination card and confirm your vaccine information
    • Please note, the photo of your CDC card is used to generate a green or red Health Pass. You will not be able to access it again after it is taken.
  • Complete your Health Pass, a green Health Pass is good to go!

  • Select your vaccine provider in the menu or by searching ‘other providers’. Log-in to your patient portal and follow instructions to securely link your account with CLEAR. The CLEAR app is integrated with select healthcare providers and pharmacies.
  • If you are unable to find your provider in search, CLEAR may not be able to link with them at this time. Please go back and upload a photo of your CDC Vaccine Card!
  • Check that your COVID-19 vaccine appears in your patient portal, if not we recommend you reach out to your provider directly.
  • If found, your results will link automatically. It may take up to 1 hour to verify your results within Health Pass - do not try to resync your results
  • Complete your Health Pass, a green Health Pass is good to go!
